Our start-up meetings establish a comprehensive plan, timeline, milestones, and cost structure for successful projects.
/ Concept development
Development of a concept for potential future production. The concept development phase leads to design, material type, and production method, resulting in a complete requirement specification, cost calculation, and concept description.
/ Product development
Based on a precise requirement specification, materials, methods, and documentation are developed and specified for a fully productionable product that is also production-optimized. The concept development phase often precedes the product development phase.
/ Technical development
Development of production machinery and materials to optimize existing products regarding cost, environment, scale, etc.
/ Prototype production & pilot series
Beneli also helps with the prototyping of products and packaging and small-scale pilot tests in production machines (except for rotary printing machines).
/ Testing
We perform tests of product performance, life cycle (durability), and material properties. An example of testing is EC12 tests for electrodes.
/ Documentation
Perform and document risk analyses and D&D plans, verification, and validation plans.
