What does a Production Manager at Beneli do?
“As a production manager at Beneli, I make sure that the products go from a planning stage to finished,” says Johanna. “I oversee the resources, the processes and the timelines, so the customer gets the products at the right time with the right quality.”
This means coordinating the full production flow and making sure the organization, equipment, and people work together efficiently throughout the process.
