Volati is a Swedish industrial group founded in 2003 which consists of the business areas Salix Group, Ettiketto Group and Industry. Volati primarily acquires companies with proven business models, leading market positions and strong cash flows at reasonable valuations and further develops these with a focus on long-term value creation. The strategy is to build on the companies’ identity and entrepreneurial spirit and to add leadership, knowledge, processes and financial resources.

Volati has operations in 18 countries, approximately 1,900 employees and an annual turnover of just over SEK 7 billion. Volati’s ordinary shares and preferred shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Volati was founded by Karl Perlhagen and Patrik Wahlén in 2003.
